Appartamento molto ampio ed accogliente a due passi da Ponte Vecchio, e da tutte le principali attrazioni del centro storico, ideale per girare comodamente per Firenze a piedi. Spazi ampi e davvero pulitissimi, letto e divano letto molto comodi con diversi cuscini a garantire un comfort perfetto. La cucina è piccola ma funzionale, bonus la presenza di lavatrice e stendino. Accoglienza assolutamente ineccepibile: la comunicazione prima del nostro arrivo è stata sempre veloce e gentile, massima disponibilità a rispondere alle nostre domande ed alle nostre esigenze, non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Le piccole attenzioni come aggiungere un ventilatore (oltre all'aria condizionata) dato il caldo eccezionale o il repellente antizanzare messo a disposizione possono sembrare piccolezze ma sono state davvero molto apprezzate. Torneremo sicuramente qui nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Firenze, ci siamo trovati benissimo.
L'uso della toilette potrebbe risultare poco confortevole per persone piuttosto alte o robuste perché, data la forma stessa della stanza, purtroppo si trova confinata in un angolo un po' angusto del bagno.
