A great choice if you're planning day trips around Genoa – the location is really strategic. Both the room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the room itself was cozy and pleasant. Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and helpful throughout. We'd happily stay here again.

Localização perto da estação Brignole e a uma curta distância a pé do centro.
Quarto grande com cama de casal e um mais pequeno ( no mesmo quarto) com cama de solteiro, ambos com com janela.
Wc fora do quarto, mas privativo. Boa dimensão.
Camas com colchões pouco confortáveis.

- La posizione è un innegabile plusvalore: comodissima tanto dalla stazione di Brignole, quanto per andare verso il centro.
- Il costo di soggiorno, tutto sommato buono per una città mediamente costosa come Genova
La descrizione della struttura, pur formalmente corretta, dovrebbe essere decisamente più accurata...
- E' vero che c'è un bagno privato, ma omettono di dire che NON è attiguo alla camera, ma si trova al fondo di una parte comune.
- Tra i servizi viene indicata l'aria condizionata, che in effetti c'è (pure troppo! Un freddo boia dov'è attiva), ma solo nelle parti comuni. In stanza, si cuoce.
- Il bagno è strutturato su altezze differenti (appena entrati ci si trova di fronte a un gradino, piuttosto alto)
- Rapporti con lo staff sempre via WhatsApp, ma tutt'altro che celeri nel rispondere
- Controllando di non aver dimenticato nulla, mio figlio ha trovato sotto il suo letto un maglione in lana, che era lì da chissà quando. Considerando che ci siamo stati a inizio luglio, è logico dedurre che le pulizie siano tutt'altro che accurate...
