La zona es muy tranquila y aun que había una construcción justo al frente no tuve problemas con polvo o ruido.
La ubicación es conveniente ya que la estación del metro estaba como a 15 minutos caminando. Hay varias tiendas cerca para que puedas comprar los insumos que usaras en tu estancia.
Esta un poco oculto por lo que las primeras veces es un poco complicado llegar pero cuando tomas ritmo se vuelve mucho más sencillo.
Pude usar la estufa, lavadora, baño, etc a mi gusto y cuantas veces quería.
La limpieza podría mejorar un poco, los trastes que llegue a usar estaban un poco sucios señal de que el inquilino anterior no los había lavado bien.
La zona de la regadera tenia restos de jabón seco en las puertas y en las repisas así que no es muy agradable ver eso.

Cheap and cheerful, functioning kitchen and washer.
Its a 20min walk to ikebukuro station which sounds fine and doable but when you’re doing 20k+ steps around Tokyo along with shopping, it can get very exhausting getting back to the apartment. We often ended up getting an uber back. Room was also smaller

Staff inesistente, no a qualsiasi richiesta. 10 giorni di soggiorno e nessun cambio di asciugamani. I secchi per la raccolta differenziata occupano mezza stanza.
