Espaçoso, confortável, camas aconchegantes, boa cozinha, ótimo banheiro, próximo a metrô, supermercado, shopping, combines.
Sirenes da polícia e ou ambulância várias vezes durante as noites, por ser ao lado de uma avenida, mas nada que incomodasse muito.

Good values on two bedrooms and the toilet being separated from the shower is a big plus for family of 4. Good to wash clothes in the apartment but no drying function, we found a laundry mat 5 mins away to dry clothes after washing. Comfortable beds as pillows. Host responds very fast, held our luggages for 2 extra hours after checking out because we had an evening flight.
A little far from the station. Washing machine doesn’t have the drying function. 2 bath towels and face towels were provided. We went to the market to get our own towels.

Location was great. It’s on a busy road, just under an overpass but very close to the restaurants. Train station is a 10 minute walk away, tricky with bags.
This is a tiny flat. There’s no where to sit as there’s no lounge room. So it’s bed or dining table (cramped) if you want to relax.
This apartment is probably ok for a one night stay. We had nowhere to store our luggage, or to unpack. A set of drawers and clothes hangers would help, but in reality it’s just so small you’d be better off with an hotel room.
There’s nowhere to hang washing to dry.
There’s signs all over the lift and downstairs lobby that short term rentals are forbidden. I felt really uncomfortable with this. There’s a person who sits downstairs monitoring the comings and goings and knowing we were breaking the rules made me feel uncomfortable.
