Really lovely room in a fantastic location. Short walk to Piazza Maggiore and the towers. Really comfortable room too, very spacious. Check in/check out is really easy, and the staff are lovely with great recommendations!
Only one mirror in the bathroom for the whole two room space - not the worst thing, but makes it more difficult getting ready. Mini fridge wasn't especially cold, but there is a larger fridge in the shared area so not a huge problem!

Great location, easy to get around, nice restaurants and bars close by. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the shower was great. The air conditioning worked.
The coffee maker didn’t work for the whole of our stay - not a massive problem as there are cafes all around but I think they should have just bought a new one.

Great location and good size room
Staff did bare minimum. Little to no space to put anything in the bathroom. No counter space. Too tiny shelves. No place to put clothing or books in the bathroom. No luggage racks.
Room was tidy, but nothing exciting. The room was somewhat clean, but somehow did not feel exceptionally clean. Carpet looked dingy. Bathroom and main doors full of dirty smudges.
Entrance is very funky. You come into the doors in at night. It’s pitch black. You need to feel around for a light switch. All the halls are dark.
The price was decent and again the location was very good, but I most likely would not stay here again.
