Staff were very nice, and room was very big and spacious
The room did start to smell like cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. It felt like somebody may have been smoking in a nearby room, and the smell travelled through the air-conditioning unit. We did communicate this to the staff in the morning, and they were very apologetic and helpful the next day.

Overall was clean and staff were very friendly. Location for me (and then next night friends joined) was good as we chose Changsha as a stop over. Close to mall and metro / subway so easy to get around if you want to. Managed to get to Orange Island easy enough on my first day alone. Other amenities (pharmacy, conveniance store) all within walking distance.
Bed was comfy enough (maybe a bit firmer for european style), room was clean and staff was very helpful.
