Mala gestión y falta de responsabilidad

El alojamiento en si está muy bien. Recién reformado y en buena zona.

Nuestra experiencia con este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante. Quedamos con la persona encargada del check-in a las 15:15, él mismo confirmó la hora, pero cuando llegamos no estaba y empezó a darnos largas. Habíamos avisado con antelación que necesitábamos entrar a esa hora para dejar nuestras maletas y asistir a una visita programada al Duomo, pero después de media hora esperando, nos dijo que tardaría al menos 30 minutos más, lo que nos hizo perder nuestra reserva. Ante la falta de soluciones por parte de la inmobiliaria, tuvimos que pagar un sitio para dejar las mochilas por nuestra cuenta. Intentamos volver a las 18:30 para hacer el check-in, pero el encargado nos lo negó y nos dijo que solo estaría a las 20:00. Después de insistir con la inmobiliaria, finalmente nos dejaron entrar a las 18:30, más de tres horas tarde. No recibimos ninguna compensación por los inconvenientes ni por el dinero extra que gastamos en guardar nuestras maletas. Además, pedimos salir un poco más tarde por todos estos problemas, pero también nos lo negaron. En definitiva, una mala gestión y un servicio al cliente inexistente. No lo recomendaría.

Appartement spacieux, propre; proche du centre touristique. Quartier commerçant, bien fréquenté.

Proche de tous les points historiques et touristiques de la ville permettant les déplacements à pied. L'appartement est très bien desservi par les transports urbains qui sont au pied de l'immeuble.

Inconvénient au niveau du chauffage: une colonne à déplacer de pièce en pièce et qui empêchait de chauffer deux endroits en même temps.

Bel emplacement mais des choses à améliorer par rapport au prix payé

L’appartement était très grand ainsi que beaucoup de rangement. Très bien placé Le personnel est réactif sur whatsapp

Par rapport au standing, il n’y avait que 1 rouleau papier toilette pour 4 personnes alors que nous dormons 3 nuits, nous avons dû en acheter… Pas d’éponges, liquide vaisselle pour nettoyer. Les toilettes fuyaient la personne est intervenue elle a juste mis des serviettes de bain cela n’a pas changé la chose On ne pouvait pas régler le chauffage nous avons eu très froid
