I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is extremely convenient, with almost every kind of supermarket you might need just outside the door.
The room is very well equipped, including a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, and other basic cooking utensils. You can easily buy groceries from the nearby supermarket and cook simple meals yourself.
The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom, so even a family staying here would not feel crowded.
Overall, it provided me with an excellent experience during my stay in Cologne.

The appartment is very well situated: From the main station just two stops with the S-Bahn until Trimborner Straße and a short trip by foot. The metro station (Kalk Post) is even more nearby and there is also a bus that brings you from the other end of the city with just 3-4 stops. WiFi is easily applicable, using the QR code provided in the appartment. The appartment itself is very well equipped: all kind of mugs and glasses, plates, knives, utensils, a hair dryer, salt, pepper, oil, coffee (eight capsules for four mornings) for a capsule coffee machine and tea, a water cooker, towels, ... For the TV, a Waipu-device was attached, allowing you to find a plethora of channels (hint: Instead of searching for the Waipu app, just activate the device by switching to the HDMI2-source). The bathroom has been modernized not long ago, obviously, so everything looks clean and neat. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby, also the Köln Arcaden shopping center is just around the corner.
Currently (end of March 2026) there are ongoing road works in front of the appartment, resulting in waking us up very early and the road being quite dirty, but this is obviously a temporary issue. Good to know: the appartment is situated on the main floor, with two big windows looking to the street (coverable with a curtain). The main drawback was the heating, though. As it was quite cold, we wanted to activate the heating, which worked, but it is quite loud, as it turns on regularly to do its job. Better heating it up before going to sleep, then deactivate everything during the night. We enjoyed the staying, nonetheless and would book again.

Einfacher Check-in, bequeme Betten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber und von guter Qualität.
Die Heizung ist sehr laut und stört beim Schlafen, allerdings ist sie am zweiten Morgen nicht angesprungen, so dass die Heizkörper kalt blieben (war wegen Abreise nicht so schlimm). Die Weingläser sind zu groß für die Spülmaschine, es gibt zwar Spüli etc., aber kein Geschirrhandtuch zum Abtrocknen.
Das Wasser am Waschbecken im Badezimmer wird nur lauwarm.
