Propre, équipements fonctionnels, légèrement bien situé et à côté de station métro.
1-Trop de bruit à l’extérieur sur le boulevard,
2-galère pour trouver l’interrupteur de l’eau chaude (non indiqué dans les descriptions), personnel joignable uniquement horaire agence immobilière ( en cas d’urgence après 19h impossible).

The house is fantastic, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.
The location is fantastic, right in the center but close to a beautiful park and perfectly connected.
It has a delightful little terrace and all the amenities. Special thanks also to the very helpful and professional staff. I will definitely be back!

Buena situación
Apartamento para dos personas.
El sofá del salón no sirve para acomodar a una tercera persona. Muy incómodo, pequeño, viejo y sucio.
Excesivo ruido en la calle, ya que estás en una primera planta y aunque las ventanas amortiguan el ruido, el tráfico es continuo y molesto.
El dormitorio principal no tiene aire acondicionado.
