High-speed internet keeps everyone connected, and Walt Disney World, Universal and SeaWorld are all just minutes away. Bring the crew!
The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Paradiso Grande Resort – an amazing ten-bedroom, nine-bathroom house with high-speed internet and room for 26 to spread out and relax.
SLEEPING: ten spacious bedrooms, each with its own fun theme – there's a little something for everyone, from grandparents to the youngest cousins.
LIVING: a fully stocked kitchen made for feeding a crowd, generous dining and living areas, and a washer and dryer.
OUTDOORS: your very own beautifully decorated private pool plus a summer kitchen with gas grill – pool heating is available for an extra fee (please request at least 48 hours before arrival).
INCLUDED: fresh linens, towels and a welcome kit to get you started.
RESORT: registered guests can enjoy the Aquarius Clubhouse with its resort-style pool, lazy river, game room and café.
LOCATION: in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets.
Grill: the gas grill is available for rent for a separate fee – please request it before arrival. Charcoal must not be used (it damages the grill and a fee will be charged), and guests are responsible for propane refills.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, summer kitchen, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom. As registered guests of Paradiso Grande you also get to enjoy the Aquarius Clubhouse's pool, lazy river, game room and café (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the home.
The Neighborhood:
Paradiso Grande is a new luxury resort community in the heart of Orlando's attractions area, with modern homes featuring private pools and covered lanais. The Aquarius Clubhouse offers resort-style amenities including a pool, lazy river, game room and café (fitness center currently not available). Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, the Orlando Premium Outlets and dozens of restaurants along International Drive and I-4 are all just minutes away. The community is gated for your privacy and peace of mind.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 25–30 minutes by car, and I-4 and International Drive whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: The gas grill is available for rent for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Charcoal must not be used – it damages the grill and a fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for propane refills.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

We enjoyed a 10-day stay with a group of 17 family members! The check-in process was seamless and the house was exactly what we needed! We were pleasantly suprised that there were 2 sets of laundry machines in the house, one on each floor, which was so helpful for such a large group! There were plenty of towels as well as pool towels. Plenty of seating out back. We added the pool heat and it was perfect for spending long days and evenings in the pool! The neighborhood is clean and quiet enough to enjoy plenty of relaxation! We loved that this house in particular does not have any neighbors out the back so it felt quite private and there was plenty of grass area out back behind the pool area for the kids to play around in! The kids also enjoyed the large themed bedrooms with double bunk beds as well as the game room that contained endless entertainment in the evenings once pool time was over! We would definitely love to book this house for another family stay in the future! The host was super responsive from start to finish and made the entire experience easy and comfortable!

The house overall was very nice. The Mgmt company was responsive. I would highly recommend this for large parties. What surprised me was you get 2 towels per room, 1 hand towel, and no face cloths. You got one trash bag and one dish washer puck. Interesting given that there are 2 dishwashers. For the price, I think that they should think about these things. Outside of those things, I would recommend.

The amenities were really weak. We got one Tide pod to do laundry. There were no bars of soap in any shower or bathroom. There were hand soap pumps, but it was very watered down. We couldn't use the BBQ. It was a bit worn down. Tons of marks on the walls, need to be repainted. Black hairs in the bathroom. I wouldn't consider this 5 Star Luxury, I have had better experiences at a 2 Star Hotel. It wasn't a bad stay, it just couldn't have been better, and really didn't meet my minimum expectations of a rental. The pool was disgusting when we arrived, but it did get cleaned later the next day.
