Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig ca. 10 min von der Station Ryogoku Station bzw. c. 6 min von der U-Bahn (Oedo Line E) entfernt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Von hier aus kann man prima seine Sightseeing Tour durch Tokyo starten. Es handelt sich um ein modernes, mehrstöckiges Wohngebäude mit zahlreichen Wohnungen, die wohl in der Mehrheit der temporären Vermietung dienen. Der Zugang erfolgt über PIN Eingaben, sowohl ins Gebäude als auch ins Zimmer und der gesamte Kommunikationsprozess mit dem Vermieter verlief schnell und einfach, wobei Antworten sehr schnell erfolgten. Das Apartment war sauber und der Platz für uns als Familie ausreichend aber nicht sehr groß, wenn man jedoch bedenkt, dass Platz in Tokyo entsprechend teuer ist, war es Ok. Beide Schlafzimmer waren getrennt und mit Schiebetüren zur Wohnung verschließbar, wobei das 2.Zimmer kein Fenster hatte. Die Betten waren bequem. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung gut, wobei hier und da ein paar Utensilien mehr nicht schaden würden. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht genutzt. Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschine waren funktional und sauber. Kleiner Balkon ist vorhanden. Lediglich die deutlich wahrnehmbaren Zügen haben den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt.
Leider hat man in unserem Apartment die Züge deutlich gehört, die bis Mitternacht fahren. Es gab nur Plastik-Geschirr, was ich etwas unpassend empfand. Dies sollte man nochmal überdenken. Ansonsten kann ich wirklich nichts negatives festhalten über diese Unterkunft.

It is not far from the station, which makes it convenient to get around. Various food places of different cuisines can be found around the property and within walking distance, so there is no need to travel too far to find good eats.
It’s not a bad thing but it surprised me when the staff arrived at 9.55am on checkout day, when I was about to leave the accommodation.
