The best part about this place is the location. It’s right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, yet it doesn't feel overly crowded. A huge plus is that I didn't have to wait forever for the elevator, which made the stay so much better
On the downside, the shower holder was faulty during my stay. The air conditioner is a bit dated, though it cools the room just fine. I also feel like the service could be improved—the staff should smile a bit more to make guests feel more welcome.

Convenient location near MTR and touristic spots.
Room was clean, although basic.
Jossie is careful and friendly.
Thanks to her for helping me for check in.
The building is not well maintained.
Rooms are only for sleeping.
Don't expect more for the price.
I received the check in procedure one day after my arrival.
