Been using that place in the past and love the spacious;of the room and the design plus the location is the best! Booked for my son last july and for myself this month.
App to open the main door below is not working,plus a/c is not enough😅specially it's summertime and the reception guy is unreliable,but all the rest is great.

The room was comfortable and staff was helpful
They say they have ac but they have a portable ac not a ceiling one as they say building is in maintenance.So the portable ac has a limit to cool compared to ceiling ac.
But the staff was helpful and compensated us. Still its a customers choice if they are happy with a portable small acc in milans hot weather

The room itself was nice, the facilities were clean (apart from one stain on a chair). Useful fridge, wardrobe space and a big bed. Blackout curtains as well which made for a nicer morning experience.
Firstly, the building the room is in was very run down. Lots of materials lying around, missing ceiling tiles. You enter the building to find that it is not a hotel, but a couple of rooms in a run-down apartment building.
WE WERE NOT INFORMED ABOUT ONGOING CONSTRUCTION. This lead to being disturbed at 8am every morning and a lot of people walking past our door every hour of the day.
The key system for the door is very unreliable. They use a phone to lock system but my partner and I were unable to get into the property for 30 mins when we first arrived. Required calling the host to re-issue the website. We were concerned the entire trip that we would be unable to get back in.
