청소상태가 매우 양호. 거의 대부분의 장소에서 먼지를 찾기 어려움.
가전과 가구, 침구류등이 신품에 가깝고 청결함
수건과 어매니티가 부족하지 않음
냉방이 잘 작동됨
주변이 대체로 조용함
재떨이가 제공됨
실내에서 세탁물을 건조하기에 옷걸이 등이 충분하지 않고 건조대가 다소 불안함
주변 도로가 넓지 않고 복잡해서 익숙해지기까지 시간이 걸림
화장실과 욕조가 좁음, 계단이 가파르므로 다소 위험함. (구축 주택이므로 어쩔 수 없지만)

ゆったりと過ごせました。清潔でした。アメニティも充実していました。
洗濯機の乾燥がイマイチでした。洗濯機はリコール対象と思われるので修理していただければと思います。換気扇がなく洗面所や風呂場は暑いです。大型トラックが近くの高架を通ると家ごと揺れます。和室は着物が多くて怖いので少なくてよいかも。

清潔感があって過ごしやすかったです。
スタッフさんの応対も丁寧で良かったです。
お風呂のボディソープが泡で出るタイプのボトルでしたが、中の液体は泡用ではないようでとてもポンプが固く使いづらかったです。
1階のテレビがある部屋のカーテンが薄く、部屋の明かりを夜に付けていると外から覗かれないか少し不安でした。
