a localização é boa, e a comunicação também foi fácil.
choveu dentro de casa, na cozinha e em um dos quartos

The apartment was extremely spacious and a very comfortable stay, I would recommend it for families. It's well facilitated for basic needs and staff was very responsive. The bus stop is right in front of the building so the center side is easy to reach. Good value for money.
The apartment could've been cleaner, especially the floors. Walking to the city center is quite long, especially coming back and walking up hill. The closest supermarket was about a mile away and the nearby bakery is closed on Sundays. There were also a lot of ants and mosquitos.

Loved the homely vibe it gave, the balcony and the closeness to busses
Didn’t have washing liquid or sponge, no working plugs for bath

The location is really good, you have the bus stop literally outside the flat and it takes you to the city center in 8 mins. The flat is also spacious, so if you go with your family you will not feel you are on top of each other. They also allow you to check in late for an extra payment, which helped because we landed really late. If you need anything they do reply to your messages very quick.
The kitchen was missing basics such as cups for coffee and the kettle did not work, even though we got another one after mentioning this. Unfortunately, before 1/11 heating cannot be turned on in Florence so we felt quite cold, and when we mentioned this we received a blanket that was really thin. Last thing worth mentioning is the amount of messages, whats app and notifications I received before travelling from the company, forms to fill, links to pay, it kind of made me feel very anxious and even when I arrived the operator kept on asking me for more information.
