Location. Lack of spiders. View. Coziness. Everything we needed was provided! Excellent water pressure. Privacy! PacMan arcade was a cool bonus.
Front porch light bulb was burnt out (not a huge deal). Not sure how to open/operate a hot tub. Tips would have been helpful.

Everything was clean and facilities were well stocked. The view was very nice especially at night when buildings on mountain across the valley were lit up like a village display. We also got visited by a baby bear one night and a mama bear two nights later
That last few hundred yards drive up the steep drive but that is normal for mountain cabins

The central location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was great! Having a full bath for both rooms was a very good thing! The hot tub was awesome after a long day at Dollywood!
Can’t think of anything bad, except that the bears only came at night and we didn’t get to see them…😏 just some dirty paw prints where they lightly fondled the car!
