My only complaint is the road to get to the container villa is so obviously made for a one way but the kurokawa onsen village decided that traffic can struggle to figure out who has the right of way and reverse in the middle of the road… very dangerous but any who..
The actual container villa was such a vibe from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. So convenient that they had signs pointing to where I needed to go to check in and instructions in both the email and the tablet used to check in. They even had english available. Not to mention they had Louis Armstrong playing in the parking lot which gave me such a nostalgic feeling. Very wholesome experience. The kurokawa onsen area is such a quaint vibe combined with the villa’s modern take on a nostalgic past time in America. 10/10 experience. I would definitely revisit!
