I liked my stay here

The property is absolutely new & very well curated. The staff is very attentive. .

Like many other places typical to Japan, they cannot accommodate your requests. In my case, vegetarian meal was not possible at the Ryokan

Beautiful hotel and kind staff!

What a lovely ryokan! I was running a bit late and it was getting dark, so got a bit lost in my car while coming there. It was nice to see the staff welcoming me in front of the hotel. The hotel is huge and beautiful, it's two buildings, old and new and multiple baths. I really enjoyed the rooftop bath, and the ground floor outside bath. You can also use a private bath if you prefer, but during my stay it was calm and I was the only person in the outdoor baths as well. The staff is very kind and welcoming. They also have stylish and cosy pajama sets instead of the usual yukata.

Cannot think of anything negative. Just if you want to go for a walk in the evening, it's a bit dark around the hotel. The staff kindly lent me a flashlight for a konbini run, but I'd recommend to get your snacks before arriving and then stay in and enjoy the room and baths, when it's dark.

Fine dining ryokan with extremely attentive staffs

Very well catered and taken care of by the staffs. They welcomed us like 5 star guests with fine dining like refreshments then stood by like they’re always ready to help out. They’re very observant and attentive, knowing just what you need when you lift your head up while enjoying your meals. The staffs work so hard everyday that you’d see them all the time. They’re taking meal courses very seriously that every meal is comparable to omakase fine dining. The tatami room was comfortable but lack scenery views due to its location. Also there’s a bit of distance from train and bus station. It’s best to take a cab if you’re bringing huge luggages. There’re many “onsens” in the facility. I’m amazed at how they built them on flat houses. It’s not the “natural-looking” onsen if that’s what you’re looking for but they’re authentic onsen water.
