Η τοποθεσία ήταν γενικά ικανοποιητική. Πολύ κοντά στο τρένο και κοντά στο κέντρο της Μπολόνια. Είκοσι λεπτά με τα πόδια . Το διαμέρισμα καινούργιο .Ησυχία .
Περάσαμε 8 ημέρες στο κατάλυμα στη Μπολόνια. Η τοποθεσία και η διαμονή ήταν γενικά ικανοποιητικές, όμως θεωρώ σημαντικό να αναφέρω ότι, παρόλο που μείναμε για οκτώ ημέρες, δεν έγινε καμία αλλαγή πετσετών καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ούτε καθαρισμός του δωματίου . Για μια τόσο πολυήμερη διαμονή, θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον μία αλλαγή πετσετών ή κάποια σχετική ενημέρωση από τον οικοδεσπότη.Για τέσσερα ενήλικα άτομα χωρίς καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών 8 μέρες δεν γίνετε πουθενά . Κάποια πράγματα δεν χρειάζεστε να τα ζητάς είναι δεδομένα . Δεν μείναμε 3 ούτε 4 μέρες .

The apartment is newly renovated, very spacious and brightly lit, which is helped by the high ceilings, white walls and natural light coming into all rooms. The air conditioning was very effective which is vital during the heatwave and is conveniently located about a short 5-minute stroll to Bologna Centrale station (look for the exit ‘Via De Carracci’). Note that it is on the quieter side of the station and there are not many places to eat on a Monday near the apartment.
The apartment also has a new iron and ironing board which we used during our stay.
Tip: When you find the apartment building no. 5 which faces the road, you need to walk around the corner through the gates to find no.7 where the apartment is located.
The bathrooms are large but there are no hooks or other hanging space. Some of the towels provided were very ragged and old and should be replaced with new towels – this will give a much better impression to guests. The hot water pressure could also be better – it was somewhat inconsistent during our stay.
The exhaust fan in the master bedroom en-suite was very loud and cannot be controlled via the switch which was an added annoyance.
Also instead of having two single beds in the second bedroom as per the photos, our room was set up with a double bed in the bedroom and with the lounge in the living room being converted into a third bed. I would have preferred to have the two single beds and the living room without the lounge being a bed as per the photos. Make sure you specify your bed preference at the time of booking.

It was very close to the train station and to the marconi express. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had basic cooking stuff.
Mold in the rooms, which was partly cleaned after we requested. It should have been cleaned before our arrival. I think the AC's are poorly maintained, cause two of us got sickness after our stay, and one of us got allergic reactions during our stay. And under the AC's there were visible signs of mold, which raises the question: what could be inside?
The door handle in one of the bathroom kept coming down, it came loose in our hands several times. The other bathroom had a broken showerhead, which sprinkled water to the ceiling, causing continous wetness and mold. That should be repaired.
No storage space in one of the bathrooms at all. No hooks for the towels, no surface to put your things. I had to bring a small table from the livingroom just so one of us can put her skincare and other things somewhere.
The only place you can put your towels is above the toilet and bidet (let’s hope they don’t fall) and the shower door.
Only four glasses and mugs which were tiny as well. Had to refill the glass every 3 sips.
No bug nets at the windows so the mosquitos ate us all week.
Which is a shame as the kitchen and bathroom appears to be designed well, but it all just seems empty and unfriendly.
Due to it being summer, they thought we wouldn’t use a thicker blanket so they put them in the wardrobe without covers to put on them. So we only received a thin bedsheet to use at night. Which would be understandable, but at the end of our stay one of the nights was colder and I could’ve used a thicker blanket. But I couldn’t because there were no covers to put on the bedding and one of them had a stain on it. We did ask for a replacement and some covers. We received brand new bedding but they still wouldn’t give us covers to put on them.
Overall it was not homey, the furniture is very minimal, no decor. The feeling of the apartment is unwelcoming and rigid.
