I liked the cozy aspects of the room. The two balconies were the best part.
We did not enjoy the broken down elevators. The fire alarm went off once in the room and that was a little off putting. Would have liked more complimentary towels/wash cloths.

View was perfect, size was great for two adults, price for what it was is a deal. Property manager(s) were amazingly fast with responses to messages.
Could use a new coat of paint, a softer mattress, and a full-body mirror.

I love the property and amenities!! In the spring, cooler nights still allow for swimming in the indoor pools. Lazy river was wonderful! The room was nicely done. Love having the Starbucks in the lobby and restaurant option!
The suite was super tight with the sleeper sofa pulled out… but we did choose the studio! 😂 I love this property and will definitely stay here again when visiting our friends in South Carolina!
