The place is clean, large and the kitchen has all the necessary things : forks, spoons, glasses , plates etc. There is also a big fridge and a washing machine. The location is excellent-near the old town. We felt awesome there as the apartment was nicer than we expected.
Unfortunately 56 days have passed since our checked out and we haven't got our 250 euro deposit back.

The loft was far beyond our expectations and a really lovely place to stay. Clean, spacious, well located.
We couldn’t extend by one night even though the property was available. we had to pay for two further nights, although just needing one. We found this strange and haven’t encountered it before. We were also asked for a damage bond to be paid directly. We also haven’t encountered this before. We felt the communication could have been better, but the quality of the loft and the value outweighed this.

Location was top, 5 min walking to town, 20 min walking to train station. We saw everything by walking. At night is quiet. Bad is confortable. Sauna is top. The owner said that the app is ready earlier than 16:00.
When you open the window it was a little bi smell, I understand, it’s city.
Everything else was good.

Die Wohnung war sehr zentral in Bari. Der Zuschnitt der Wohnung war für eine Ferienwohnung recht gut gestaltet. Einkaufen war durch die vielen kleineren Geschäfte, Bäckereien und Supermärkte recht angenehm.
Eine Überprüfung vom Vermieter ob die Heizung funktioniert bevor wir die Wohnung übernommen haben, wäre gut gewesen. So haben wir anderthalb Tage kein warmes Wasser gehabt. Nach Anleitung des Vermieters konnten wir die Heizung wieder in Betrieb nehmen. Nicht so schön, dass der Wasserverlust so groß ist, dass der Vorgang mehrmals wiederholt werden muss. Griff vom Kühlschrank war nur auf die Tür draufgesteckt und ist beim Versuch die Tür zu öffnen herabgefallen. Eine Toilettenbrille auf dem Gästeklo war leider nicht vorhanden. Negativ war aber vor allen Dingen, dass wir beim Online Check In zusätzlich eine Taxe von 32 Euro zahlen sollten ( Was wir leider auch getan haben und wie sich rausstellte nicht richtig war, Booking. com will uns den Betrag erstatten). Wir wurden danach von einem brasilianischen WhatsApp Kontakt der sich als unser Vermieter ausgegeben hat aufgefordert einem Link zu folgen um die Zahlung von 32 Euro zu bestätigen, was wir Gott sei dank nicht gemacht haben. Zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubes hat uns der Vermieter zum Online Check Out aufgefordert und uns aufgefordert als Sicherheitsleistung 250 Euro auf ein belgisches Konto zu überweisen. Nach einem Telefonat mit Booking.com wurden wir angehalten die Sicherheitsleistung nicht zu überweisen, da sie nicht rechtmäßig war.
Also der Urlaub und die Wohnung waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber das ganze hatte einen gewissen Beigeschmack.
