The apartment is wonderful—spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Location is close to everything. There are shops and restaurants around.
There was some miscommunication regarding check-in. I asked if I could arrive a bit earlier, around 1:00 PM, but was told that the apartment was still being cleaned and that I should arrive at 2:00 PM instead.
However, when I arrived at 2:00 PM, the cleaner was not there, and the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I then had to wait for the cleaner to arrive about an hour, and the cleaning process took another couple of hours. As a result, I lost almost half a day waiting.
Communication during my stay was also disappointing. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and was given the wrong one., no answer to many of my messages regarding things, The correct password was only provided on my last day.
The apartment itself is wonderful—spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. My issue was mainly with the management and communication. There were two people communicating with me: the person on Booking.com was helpful and accurate, while the person communicating via WhatsApp was unfortunately much less responsive and professional.
Overall, the apartment is great, but the management could be significantly improved.
