清潔感があり、対応して下さる方々が温かく気さくで、施設内にある夜10時までの共同温泉（入り損ねても個室に浴室、浴槽あり）までの動線が短く、移動がコンパクトで疲れない。寝巻き（受付横の棚）、タオル(個室内)、歯ブラシ、うがいのコップ、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、小さい物干し器具もあり、とても気持ちよく、快適に過ごせました。
車での移動だったため、良くない点は皆無ですが、車が無い際は、宿泊施設まで大変だとの投稿が少しあったため、移動手段によっては事前に下調べが必要かと思われます。

受付の中国系の女性はとてもいい人そうでした。
携帯で翻訳してのコミュニケーションは、やはり限界を感じた。周辺のごはん屋さんの情報も、そもそも知らないとのことなので、そういうコミュニケーションは求めてはいけないもよう。
寝具は清潔な感じがしたが、タオルと寝間着が違和感あり。変な臭いも感じた。初めての感覚だった。
全体的に清潔だが、エレベーターがないので、その辺は注意が必要。高齢の親は難儀していました。
