The apartment offers a great location and amenities, would benefit from some maintenance.

Good location for public transport, dining and attractions. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Large bed.

Would have been helpful to know about the steep staircases to climb to access the apartment prior. Shower leaked and had very low pressure. Bed okay but needed more pillows.

Comfortable, functional and close to Duomo and restaurants

Located close to Duomo and the room was comfortable and functional with the added bonus of a kitchenette

Access was up 2 flights of very steep stairs and the one window looking out on another building made it feel a little claustrophobic. Although communication with the owner was excellent, I would not have found it without someone to meet me because from the outside there is no signage to indicate that the property exists and it is along a dark side street!

If we knew all this above, we would have never booked this place.

Location and air con

The 42 narrow, dangerous, steep steps to get to the apartment was the worst part. The promise of someone to come and help get luggage down steps on checkout. No smoke detector or fire extinguisher and no escape if there was a fire. Wifi wasn’t working for most of our stay. No spare toilet paper.
