L’appartement est bien placé, a côté de tout. Dans une rue calme.
Le service nettoyage c'est une honte. Quand nous sommes arrivés on a découvert le carnage. L’appartement était dégueulasse, rien n’avait était nettoyer. Il y avait encore des miettes sur la table et les chaises, le four tellement dégueulasse que inutilisable. Le four a micro-ondes n’en parlons pas. Même la cafetière avait du moisi a l’intérieur. Il y a de la poussière et du verre par terre. Dans les salles de bain des traces au mur de crasse. Il a fallu qu’on achete les produits pour tout nettoyer, il a fallu tout aspirer, tout laver. On a passer 2 h a 4 le jour de notre arrivée a tout nettoyer car c'était affreux. Seulement une poêle était en bon état le reste était désastreux et irrécupérable. On a même pas pu utiliser le four. Et quand j’ai dis a l’agence comment c'était avec photo a l’appui. Ils m’ont dit on va vous envoyer quelqu’un demain pour faire le nettoyage, mais hors de question que quelqu'un vienne alors que nous avons mis toutes nos affaires. Et hors de question d’attendre demain dans cette crasse. Nous avons même relaver toutes la vaisselle car sale. Aucune compensation financière pour le désagrément, rien. Il m’ont dis ok passer un bon séjour.

The location is very good and overall the facilities are good. We had a good experience with the hosts.
There were some areas that were not cleaned very well, namely the sofa mattress, were one of was was going to sleep. There were still some personal belongings from previous guests left there (little things, obviously forgotten), which suggest that a more careful cleaning was needed.

We stayed at via Cenisio 55, for 7 nights with our 3 children. We even hosted a guest for the first 2 nights and everything was great. Everything new and beautifully renovated. Very pleasant stay in a welcoming and convenient area. Tram line 14 right accross the building, plenty of markets, restaurants, shops and coffee bars and above all, metro number 5 and Chinatown nella via Sarpi within 15 minutes of walk. Playground and parc at 10 minutes in via Fauchet, Tre Torri area and shopping center 20 minutes by foot. Never felt cold as apart from the central heating system, there were 3 air conditions. 2 little balconies were a very welcomed adittion to the flat"s assets. The communication with Rosy at the help desk via telephone and email was a life saver when we could"nt complete the initial procedure upon arrival.
All in all, we found a warm nest in the heart of Milano. Grazie di tutto via Cenisio!
The app with the house rules never worked, so we could"nt figure out the regulation about the hours of dropping the recycling materials and we had to ask the lady that was responsible for the building. But we"re bilinguals and that was"nt a big deal, I don"t know if this kind lady speaks english though....
There should have added some cereal bowls and mugs for children to have their breakfast but for travelers with no kids, there"s no reason to worry as the kitchen is cleverly equipped and really functional.
There should have finilly added some extrα quilts and blankets as there were enough for the existing beds and sofa but not enough for someone who is ususlly cold and needs extra heat :-). The same goes for the pillows as there were 5 but no more for someone who sleeps with extra neck support.
