La ubicación es buena, aunque en Zermatt practicamente todo esta cerca. La habitación de buen tamaño, muy limpia y bastante comoda.
Yo no tuve problema para llegar pero solo hay que mencionar que hay una pequeña pendiente para llegar al chalet, aunque puedes llegar por una parte donde hay escaleras que tal vez sea mas complicado si llevas maletas grandes o a algun huesped por alguna razon se le complica, pero tambien se puede llegar por otra calle pequeña un poco inclinada pero sin escaleras.

L'apartament estava molt ben ubicat, allunyat del soroll del centre però a només deu passes. A més, ofereix servei gratuït de trasllat a l'estació de tren.
L'apartament està molt ben equipat. Disposa d'estris de cuina, nevera, congelador, rentaplats, etc. L'espai és reduït però més que suficient.
L'única cosa a "criticar" és que la terrassa és compartida i des de fora els veïns poden veure l'apartament si les cortines no estan passades.

Excellent location in the centre of Zermatt, but off the main street so nice and quiet. The apartment was well appointed with the added bonus of coffee for the machine, dish cleaning products and equipped kitchen. The best bonus was the vouchers we received upon arrival for activities, attractions and food discounts in time. We made use of both breakfast vouchers and the train discount. Thank you!
We almost had a disaster when trying to fit our international adapter into the plug sockets. Although it was the correct adapter, the shape of the plug sockets meant the prongs couldn't fully enter the holes. Luckily there was one plug socket that was different, which could take the adapter (which had multiple USB ports to charge devices - phew!)

Everything was excellent the property is well maintained very spacious and comfortable.
Some drinking mugs in addition to the cups would be great. Instructions to the laundry and some laundry soap would be great.
