Very quiet and situated just north of the town. Easy to catch free trolley to town with stop right across from the RV resort.

It was very close to everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg. It was really clean and the staff were friendly. My kid loved the pool.
My only complaint is there were ants in the kitchen.

Very nice property and rental. Grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet.
When we arrived, our unit did not have towels and wash cloths. When I went to the front desk to ask for towels and wash cloths the lady at the front argued with me that the unit did have wash cloths and after finally agreeing to bring my towels I went back to my tiny house to wait but the towel never came. I had to repeatedly fight with the staff for towels and wash cloths during our stay. The water slide didn’t work and the chlorine in the pool was so strong my daughter’s eyes were horribly swollen and irritated. I couldn’t allow her to get in the pool agian, which was very disappointing to an 8 year old on vacation. The internet was horrible, we had to hotspot from our phones to our devices. All in all, we would not return, especially considering the price.
