SO SPACIOUS AND DOG FRIENDLY TOO! BOOK A MINI-WEEK FOR THE REST OF 2026! You'll have the best of both worlds . . . walking or biking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops & restaurants, but out of the hubbub of downtown in a small picturesque townhouse community near the canal. Sleeping 9 amongst 4 floors, there's room for your whole crew! Privacy is assured with 4 BRs each with their own full bath( 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Twin Bunkbed w/ trundle an an extra Daybed) and an additional powder room. On your perfect summer day, hit the beach; the owner graciously supplies beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler and a wagon for all your gear. Or take one of the home's three bikes out for a ride on the nearby bike trail. Have a cloudy day? Curl up on one of the decks or the stone patio with a good book or binge-watch your favorite shows on one of the 5 smart TVs! The kiddos (and adults) will love the many games and puzzles. Although fabulous gourmet restaurants and casual eateries abound, the chef in your group will be happy to know there is a gas grill AND a beautiful kitchen with a gas range for cooking! No need to worry about paying for parking either, the property offers 2 spaces. Book now while there is still prime time available! No Smoking, Max 2 dogs under 40 lbs each with minimum $300 pet fee & addendum, No cats permitted.
Cleaning included for stays 7 nights or more. Guests pay $200 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.
