The location was close to the Milano Central and there are restaurants around the property. The property owner was very responsive and helpful.
There was renovation work at the time of our stay so it was quite noisy. There was no complimentary tea or coffee even though there were mugs and a kettle. There is only one small bin for the whole apartment and if you are staying for couple of days it’s inconvenient. Property is not walking distance to the main sites.

Even though the AC was broken, by the time we arrived, they had two Mini AC units for us, which we really appreciated. It showed that they cared. The room itself was very nice, with fridge and microwave. There's also a 5€ luggage storage downstairs, which was a nice backup to have. Also located right next to the big train station, which was very useful.

zona, grandezza degli ambienti, arredi nuovi, procedure check in e check out semplici, servizio custodia valigie, pulizia tutto già al top. ma quello che mi ha colpito è stata la grande professionalità e gentilezza della signora che ha gestito una mia distrazione- avevo lasciato un anello di valore finito sotto un letto- facendo tornare la squadra delle pulizie e risolvendo il problema entro un'ora dalla mia segnalazione. Davvero impagabile. Consiglio vivamente per chi viaggia per lavoro o vuole godersi qualche giorno a Milano in una zona comoda e ad un prezzo che garantisce qualità.

Location is very good, near Central railway station. The ‘flat’ is on second floor of huge building used for lots of purposes but there are lifts. The property was clean and beds comfortable.
Surprised to find no chairs or tables. There was a small fridge, microwave, a kettle and 4 mugs but no other crockery or cutlery. Not even a teaspoon, and the only waste bin was the tiny one in the bathroom.
