We liked the location and the space we had, especially the living area downstairs

Excellent communication from the owner. The house is in a really good location in a lovely, quiet estate. Comfortable living area. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept really well.
Beautiful house but very tired looking and in desperate need of some TLC. Mould in bathrooms, some stains to the bedroom walls and dirty baking tray in the oven. Garden overgrown and unkept, which is a shame as it would be a lovely place to spend time in the nice weather.

This house was an exceptional rental in Belfast. It is nearly unheard of to have four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. One bedroom was on the ground floor which would be fantastic for someone for whom stairs are a problem. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Although we really didn’t cook meals here, the kitchen was well-stocked with anything one would need including an airfryer, coffeemaker and all major appliances, including freezer and washer/dryer in garage. Large dining room table in living/kitchen combo. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Beds and pillows were comfy and linens were plentiful. Appreciated the stock of garbage bags, soaps, shower gels, washing liquid that were left to get us started. The water pressure was fantastic. Retrieving keys from lock box was simple, house was easy in and out of lock up. Premises were spotless. Although this is within Belfast city limits, I would recommend a car for this neighborhood. The bus stop is not too far of a walk, but shops are a bit further. The property manager has a great reference book for getting around. We did have to top up the gas card on our last day (our fault for wanting a warmer house than the average person and enjoying the great water pressure in hot showers a bit too long)and I think if you weren’t familiar with the process or where to go to do add value to it, it could be confusing (we were familiar with it). Would recommend detailed instructions for that. I will plan on renting this house over and over again on our frequent trips to Belfast. It’s a standout.
There was nothing we didn’t like. It’s a great home and great value.

A great roomy house within a quiet residential area with fantastic links to city centre and all the Belfast sites. The beds were very comfy.
Some kitchen roll or tea towels to dry up dishes etc. The house is on the old side which may not suit some people. For example the shower was tiny but as a family of three we couldn’t fault what we got for the price we paid.
