Lovely room. Great staff. Meals in restaurant very nice (but note limited choice). Very relaxing which is just what we wanted.
Breakfast just ok. Again limited choice. If want to eat out then need to taxi to most of the restaurants.

Cosy mountain hotel but there was no mointain or lake view. It was amidst a forest and a bit isolated. There was a complementary spa. Very kind and professional (and eloquent !) Canadian receptionist some of the evenings.
Communication could be improved on the possibility of sending luggage. We were told at first that it was not possible but in the end it was just not convenient and more difficult. Fortunately, after realising their miscommunication the staff brought us to the supermarket and assisted us with sending our luggage, do all ended well.
There was also a miscommunication about the breakfast because our booking document did not indicate that it was included and it was by default. The fact that we had to book it online one day before and that prices were indicated online did not help to avoid this misunderstanding. More clarity upon arrival could have helped.

The location was lovely in the forest, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and always asking if we were ok. They organised a taxi for us a couple of times.
the breakfast although had a good choice, the hot food unfortunately was cold, considering the cost, that was not good value.We loved the location in the forest, near the lake, however it was a long steep walk, they could do with offering a shuttle service to the lake and back. Or more information on local bus timetables.
