The room was excellent and the staff was super nice! The location was great my friend and I were able to travel throughout the city super easily it was a great central location. We had an amazing time in Amsterdam and the staff was super helpful with guidance. My one complaint was that our main light in our room wouldn't shut off at night if we wanted to keep the power on to charge our phones. Everything else was great and the cleaning staff kept everything super clean and tidy.

Clean room, helpful staff, amazing location. The stairs to rooms are extremely narrow and curved and the lift was broken so it's important to ask if they fixed it if you have mobility issues. Extremely small room, but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, and really strong shower.

Pro- Staff (especially Laura) very, very friendly and help out with anything you need, rooms clean, location fabulous. There's also a clothes wash place around the corner that you can drop off your clothes and get them back the same day. Very reasonable and friendly.
Con- Older building so a little outdated (but clean). They had an elevator but didn't work when we were there and had to walk up 5 flights. I know management is trying very hard to make the elevator work better and will help bring up your bags. May be fixed by now. No real lobby. Check in at the cafe during day hours.
I would definitely recommend. The pros outweigh the cons.
