The most horrible stay in Italy

—-

The apartment was so dirty that as soon as you take Jolie shoes your feet become black (I don’t know how many months they didn’t clean floor) . One of the room was full Of mosquitoes that we killed more than 30 and still us and kids were bitten so bad over night. The kitchen is so dirty that you don’t even touch anything. The worst stay in Italy will never recommend to anyone!!!

Excellent location, but the confusing check-in process, inconsistent condition of the apartments, and poor cleanliness s

The location was excellent. There was some construction happening on the street during our stay, but overall the area was good and conveniently located. We were a large group, so we booked two apartments. One of the apartments was newer and renovated, and we had no major issues with that one.

Communication and check-in instructions were confusing. Most places provide a document or clear instructions explaining how to enter the property or where to collect the keys, but we did not receive anything like that. The host only gave me the instructions over the phone after I tried calling upon arrival. It was never mentioned beforehand that we needed to call, which could be particularly difficult for international travellers without internet or phone access. We also had a very different experience between the two apartments. While one was renovated and in good condition, the older apartment was in poor condition. The additional bed was right next to the kitchen, the apartment felt quite dated, and the bed was extremely soft and sank considerably whenever someone lay down or moved. The biggest concern, however, was cleanliness. Neither apartment appeared to have been properly cleaned, and the rubbish bins were still full from the previous guests. This made us question whether the apartments had been thoroughly cleaned between stays.

An awful appartment lacking communication, information, basic equipment and hot water.

The great location despite the substantial outside and the views

We have travelled for 2.5 weeks through Montenegro, Croatia and Italy using Booking.com for accommodation throughout and all the other properties we have used have been great with good communication, very clean, well equipped etc. we have little communication from this owner and had to ask about access ourselves. When we arrived (early) we were let in by the staff to find no information for our stay whatsoever although the staff told us how to access essential WIFI.After they left, we discovered we had no hot water and this wasn’t rectified until the end of our stay which was unacceptable. The sink in the only bathroom for 4 of us (know when we booked) wouldn’t drain and the light above the sink didn’t work making shaving in cold water very difficult. One of the sofas upstairs was badly broken and there was no lathes airer, drying up towel, corkscrew, dishwasher tablets and only three cups for four of us (rectified). The appartment was not fit for purpose and our only, but very bad experience via Booking.com. Our stay in the lovely Florence was ruined.

Very disappointed, if i had booked for more than the 2 nights I would have left and lost my money

Not much

The place was filthy, no pillowcases on the beds, kitchen and bathroom were gross, very little communication from host and zero information about the property, not even where we could take the rubbish out to. We had to plug the kettle in on the floor in the kitchen to make coffee, there is no toaster, someone's underpants were left in the cupboard. Much of the equipment for cooking is either broken, non existant or filthy. The access to the advertised washing machine was blocked by masses of cleaning equipment and spare linens that clearly were not used in the actual apartment. We showered in thongs. Whilst we understand the building is old, this apartment has been let go and is not as neat and tidy as it is in the pictures. It was simply a roof and did not give us the experience we were expecting.

Lokalizacja ok.

W kuchni to samo, mikrofala brudna, szuflady, okna. Kawiarka malutka dla jednej osoby, sztućców mało. Przydałby się remont i doczyszczanie.
