The location was amazing. I appreciated a team member showing us to welcome us early to drop our bags and go over their app and to show us how things worked in the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked including coffee and spices. It was also awea9ne to have a washer in the apartment. Heating/air unit worked GREAT! There was a 13th century tower outside our window!!!!
There were a couple dirty towels left from the previous guests along with a dirty dish that was placed back in the cupboard. Surprised the cleaning team didn't catch this. I do wish the lighting in the stairwell was on earlier/later as we often arrived and/or left the apartment in the dark. Thinking the lights were on a timer?? There were some pretty noticeable scuff marks on the wall where people put their suitcases. Only cosmetic but it should be cleaned up.

From the moment I did my check in, I felt welcomed and at home! He was so kind and gave me so much helpful information, I really appreciated it! The location was great and I loved the space. I had everything I needed in the apartment and this will be where I’d like to stay in the future when I come to Florence.
If I’d have to give any feedback, I’d say the room can use just a few cleaning touch ups, maybe a cleaning of the curtains, some dusting around the windows. But nothing that affected my stay in a negative way. I was very pleased!

The property was in a fabulous location and had everything you needed for a longer stay. The kitchenette was perfect and the washer was great too. It was decorated so cutely!
It was crazy hot that week and the apartment was so incredibly hot. The AC wasn’t strong enough. The bed was also very hard. They did bring me a fan and an extra mattress pad to make it a bit more comfortable.
