The Pines Lodge Temporary Closure Notice

The Pines Lodge will be temporarily closed from August 1, 2026 through November 11, 2026. During this time, we will be completing necessary HVAC repairs:
Hotel room repairs will begin on August 1, 2026
Condo repairs will begin on September 1, 2026
Townhomes will not be impacted and will remain open during this period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and appreciate your understanding as we complete these important improvements.

This renovated charming condo has two luxury bedrooms decorated with mountain charm, a spacious dining and living space with gas fireplace, a renovated fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a balcony with incredible views of the mountains and of Beaver Creek Resort. Perfect for families or for a small group looking for more room than a hotel can provide. The two bedrooms each offer a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. An additional half bathroom is available on the main floor. Sleeps up to 4 people. The private balcony offers room to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous view at the end of your ski day!

This townhome is located on the complimentary resort shuttle route, which can conveniently transfer guests back and forth to the property.

As a convenience, concierge and front desk services as well as ski storage & ski rentals are available to you as a guest of The Pines Lodge.
