Deuxième fois dans cet hotel. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Tout le personnel est tres gentil. Mention spéciale pour Veronica qui nous accueilli tous les matins avec son sourire.
L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé et propre.
Nous reviendrons à coup sur.

Ubicación, estacionamiento y atencion
Es increíble que en estas fechas, para que puedan generar una factura se esperancen de un contador. Por este motivo no creo volver a hospedarme. deje la habitación el día Sábado 22 y ya estamos a 28 del mes y aun no me resuelven mi factura.
No tienen teléfono disponible, el correo rechaza todo, no tienes soporte o Apoyo. Nadie te ayuda.......

Comfortable bed and a handy location close to Playa del Carmen, the bus station and supermarkets.
The kitchen had a microwave, but the plates provided were plastic and not microwave-safe, so we couldn't actually use it.

La comodidad de la habitación
Se tardó más de una hora en hacer el check in cosa que jamás me había pasado en ningún hotel, de último el check out no me dejaron ir hasta revisar la habitación cuando en ningún hotel me habían hecho eso, nunca hemos roto nada. Mucha desconfianza. Pésimo
