Check in was very easy and Cameron was very responsive to any questions I had. We loved the outside spaces especially the front porch. We walked to everything downtown so the location could not have been better. The beds were all very comfortable and had nice linens. It was difficult to get the TVs to work as none of the remotes were near the TVs or labeled. Some of the lamps didn’t work - don’t know if it was light bulbs or plugs. And please know the only showers is the small 1 downstairs which is a 3ft square so it’s quite small. The upstairs bath has a beautiful soaking tub with a wand so as long as you’re willing to sit down you can shower in it. If you love old houses and want to be close to the activities going on in Franklin this is a good place to stay.
