Close to many adventures and National Parks, this home offers something for everyone. Spend your days lounging by your private pool, exploring the scenery in your backyard, and enjoying the views of the rooftop balcony!
Year Around Pool Heating Costs: A $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $100 for each night of your reservation.
Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps:
- Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating.
- We`ll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment.
- Once you`ve made the payment, the pool heating kicks in.
- Check-in and dive into the joy of your heated pool. Keep in mind, weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature.
If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
The pool will be cleaned once a week on Monday, if additional cleans are needed, these will be at the guest expense. Reach out and we can give you the information for the pool cleaners.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.

WOW! Beautiful, quiet place with a million dollar view. Most everything was wonderful. Great walks down the road or into the desert/mountain ares. Lots of hiking trails, birds & blue sky.
