As the name ‘shanti’ suggests, the hostel definitely lives up to its name. Very peaceful! I chose it for that reason. Probably the fanciest and nicest hostel I stayed at. Feels like a hotel (just with bunk beds). Bathrooms are excellent. Towel also provided. Owner is super lovely and friendly and gave lot of suggestions. LOVED the neighbourhood. Walking around there are so many options for food, cafe, etc. feels like a man authentic neighbourhood with a lot of the places you’d want access to as a tourist. Really recommend! Super easy to get Grab/bolt to town and you can also walk to the north gate. It’s not the most social hostel as there is not a proper communal area to hang out, etc but people are friendly and respectful. And I also chose the hostel knowing that I didn’t want to be super social, just wanted an easy, peaceful place to stay in while I explore Chiang Mai.

料金的にはここより安いホステルも多いとは思うが、
ホスピタリティに関しては文句なしに１番だと個人的には思う。
チェックイン時にはカフェからタイティーを作って持ってきてくれたし（無料）、
ロビーの冷蔵庫には水ボトルが常に常備。フルーツやスナックも。
作りは日本のカプセルホテルのような感じだが大きさは日本のそれの２倍ほど。
ゲストを家族のようにもてなす気持ちはオーナーの方針だそうです、
大満足のホステルです。

Everything was top tier. Comfy beds, nice atmosphere, complimentary fruits and waters, super friendly service from the owner and her small team. Everything was always stocked and spotless. 10/10 hostel
The building itself is a little small but it really doesn’t feel like it at all.

Wstępnie zarezerwowałam 4 dni, ale już po 2 dniach wiedziałam, że chcę zostać dłużej, ostatecznie byłam tam tydzień - gdybym mogła zostać dłużej, to zrobiłabym to, bo hostel jest w świetnym miejscu, w okolicy, która nie jest zbyt turystyczna (to co uwielbiam), ale jest na tyle blisko, że w chwilę na mototaxi za 20-30 THB albo w 15-20 minut spaceru możesz być na starym mieście. Jeśli chodzi o okolicę hostelu, to zalecam po niej pochodzić (myślę o części Chang Phueak w okolicy hostelu ograniczonej autostradą Superhighway 11 od północy i zachodu oraz rzeką od wschodu).
Hostel nie jest duży (co jest kolejnym plusem), a każde łóżko w nim, to nie tylko łóżko, ale przestrzeń wraz z szafką zamykaną na kluczyk i markizą, ta przestrzeń wokół łóżka jest bardzo super, masz mini pokoik dla siebie. Hostel jest bardzo czysty, mam wrażenie, że łazienka była sprzątana niemal non-stop, w łazience są dostępne waciki, patyczki czy suszarka. Personel jest przesympatyczny. W tym miejscu chciałabym pozdrowić wszystkie osoby tam pracujące, przede wszystkim wspaniałą, radosną, pozytywną osobę jaką jest Jazz <3 Jazz I love you from day two hahaha :* CU!
Nie podobał mi się fakt, że nie mogę już przedłużyć pobytu i że muszę wracać. Miła, przyjacielska atmosfera hostelu sprawiała, że zostałabym tam na dłużej. ขอบคุณสำหรับทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างที่คุณทำให้ผม.
