Needs management improvement of the property

Location, design of the space, and safety

We just got back from our trip to Italy to celebrate our anniversary. While we were there, we stayed in 5 different places, of which 4 were B&Bs. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it was obvious from the time of our arrival at the flat in Milan that things weren't right as they should have been. Though the beds were made, the towels were laid out, and everything was in its proper place, the flat itself wasn't even cleaned. There were hair and dust balls throughout the entire place on the floor, mold on shower walls, a partially clean toilet, and various other uncleaned areas. We reached out to the caretaker about the cleaning concerns, and the next day someone did come and clean the space; however, it is unbelievable that the sanitizer label was placed on the unclean toilet and the space was listed as clean, though it hadn't been cleaned. We later found out that the water pressure in the showers was also horrible. The water only trickled from the handheld shower. I'm hoping the owner has better success in caring for their own property by addressing the obvious cleaning issues and performing routine maintenance on the water heater, ACs, and overall upkeep to maintain the property that wasn't being done. We are also property owners and have rented to people from countries from all over the world. In the end we can say the flat is nicely designed, is in a great location, and would be a nice place to stay in the future, but only if the property owner would take care of it. The simplicity of it is treating others as you'd want to be treated is important when managing a B&B.

A place to stay in Milan

Great location. Close to train and subway stations. Nearby supermarkets and shopping mall. The apartment is big enough to host more than 6 people

The small bathroom needs maintenance and cleanliness. The kitchen also requires to be thoroughly clean. If the apartment is offered for more than 4 hosts, more plates, glasses and cup should be added. Nice if an microwave oven is included

Ok stay. Needs a makeover.

Location was pretty good,however a building is being worked on and there is loud construction doing on early in the am until late afternoon. Loud and dusty and unpleasant view Beds were comfy.

Didn’t seem as clean and fresh as the pictures. Furniture in kitchen had paint flaking off. Very little kitchen tools. Worst part was the balcony window in kitchen was broken and would not shut completely or lock. Big nasty brown stain smeared on hallway wall.. not sure what it was but don’t want to know. Property manager was supposed to meet when we checked ion but rather just asked us to follow directions and it felt like a treasure hunt. When I raised concern about the door not lockable I received zero response from the property manager.

Igazi nagypolgári stílusú lakás az üzleti negyed szélén. Rengeteg hely, jó felszereltség. Közel a metró megálló.

Świetna lokalizacja, dwa kroki od przystanku metra, dodatkowo tuż obok cała masa restauracji, centrum handlowe i stacja kolejowa. Byliśmy zachwyceni pobytem w tym miejscu - piękny budynek z zabytkową windą.
