This was a very spacious apartment. It was perfect for a 4 day trip to Florence. It had a lovely view and was clean.
The photos over-exaggerated how nice the property looked. The sofa in the photos was not there when we arrived. Instead a smaller, rather uncomfortable sofa was there with a not so nice cover on it. We couldn’t relax as a family of 4 in the evenings after dinner/sight and watch TV seeing as there was not enough room on the sofa and was not what we expected. Also the plugs in the apartment did not fit any of our European adaptors, there was one adaptor in the kitchen that we had to fight over in our first evening to use between 4 of us and our electrically. More adaptors should be provided as we had to search/buy them in our second day there. This was annoying as we had other adaptors that have previously been used in Italy, France, Belgium, Portugal and Spain with no issues. Some hand towels in the bathrooms would have been nice too instead of having to use the ones that were provided for hair/hand towels. Also there was a lot of junk on the balconies outside. If the apartment got a little bit more love it could be a fantastic stay. A bit more furniture in the living room. It was so sparse.
