Proximity to beach

Needs updating. Outdoor bathroom facilities not noted. Condo we stayed in needs to be renovated. Leaky fridge, cabinet doors loose.

The kitchen is incredible. They had every amenity including washer and dryer. We were extremely grateful to come across this condo!

The key and parking process is a bit of troublesome and the building receptionist are not friendly.

Extremely out of date and fairly grimy. Not a cleanliness issue. Just a not well maintained condo. Also a 10 digit door code was a little bit ridiculous when your hands are full. Needing key fobs to even access the lobby is wild. Not a good look.
