It was a good location as we planned to take the ferry the next morning from Hirtshal to Norway.
Staff are not responsive to messages, I sent 3 questions - did not get any answers. the room we stayed in was too warm. The bathroom was together with a toilet and no shower curtain (something very simple to add). So if someone takes a shower, the whole space is wet including the toilet. The shared kitchen area was ok.
