Location of the hotel was excellent , staff at reception was very gentle and courtesious. Free dropping to Railway station was unexpected.

I recently stayed at Hotel Katra Avenue and had a stay that was pleasant in some aspects but quite disappointing in others. Here is a detailed breakdown of my experience:
The Positives: Accommodation & Service
The highlights of this hotel are definitely the rooms and the people.
The Rooms: I was impressed by the size of the rooms; they are quite spacious and kept very clean. It provided a comfortable environment to relax after the Yatra.
The Staff: The team here is excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and very cooperative. Their hospitality truly made the stay feel welcoming.
Areas for Improvement: Housekeeping
While the rooms were tidy, the towels and linens need much better attention. Every towel provided to us had visible stains. In a hospitality setting, clean, crisp white linens are a must, and this is an area where the hotel is currently falling short.
The Negatives: Dining & Restaurant Services
This was the most disappointing part of the stay. I found the restaurant and its services to be pathetic.
Quality & Hygiene: The cooking hygiene appeared poor, and the food itself had a very bad taste with extremely limited options.
Value: The menu is highly overpriced for the quality provided.
Recommendation: If you are staying here, I strongly suggest walking about 200 meters to MAF. The food there is much better and offers better value.

Location was good and check in process was very quick.
Bed sheet and blanket wasn’t clean and hand towel wasn’t there in bathroom.
