The rooms were so comfortable. We received amazing advice concerning our trip to Vaishno Devi the day before our trip, and we had an amazing darshan. Since there weren’t many guests staying, we had fresh parathas and dosas served to order. Dinner was also very fresh, the menu priced quite reasonably. Their Jammu Rajma was amazing.
Would have liked to see a gym. I feel some of us had more pain the next day after our massage. I hope the masseuse takes it as a constructive feedback.

Staffs were very co-operative and polite.
However, Room service and Housekeeping service timings need to be improved.
Delay in house keeping services.
Quality of toiletries.
Quality of cars being provided for dropping off at Helipad.

Breakfast ok.South indian item idli or chutneys were burnt.
North Indian poori was good. Cut fruit was fresh.
Achar was over salted.
Horseradish sauce was confused with mint chutney - needs labelling.
Liked the pure vegetarian food.
South Indian foods need better cooking methods .
All else good.

The location and the fact they served food at around 2:30 a.m.
The rooms weren't clean.
Lack of working power outlets.
There's barely a wall between two beds in the family suite.
