Great nice spacious apartment. This is not a hotel. You have to do a lot more than just checking into a hotel. You have to agree online to a lot of disclaimers. You have to upload your ID. If you don’t do these then you can’t check in. If you do all this then it is still more instructions. You have to park on the street and walk up to the lock boxes to get your key fob and key. You then travel to your parking spot on level 2. The apartment is on level 5 but not on the side you park on. It’s on the other side. Take the elevator in the parking garage to the left up to the fifth floor. Walk across the parking garage to the exterior door. The elevator directly outside the apartment doesn’t seem to work. This was quite a scavenger hunt so I don’t recommend it if you have issuers with multiple instructions. Once you’re on it’s great but you have to make it!

Area was nice and location for shops were convenient but my issue was there wasn’t a full pot set and the pool water was to cold no matter the type of weather, but otherwise everything was fine.

My husband and I were in Charlotte to visit our daughter and this was the closest available room. Location is great, walking distance to Target, Best Buy, Marshall’s, Trader Joe’s, cute restaurants, and an Original Pancake House. Parking directions with an actual slot number would be helpful in the instructions and guests should be aware the walk-in closet is fairly inaccessible unless you jump the bed every time you need it. There are two full or queen sized beds placed adjacent to each other taking up the entire room and wall space, so one blocks the closet entry. The one closest to the closet could be a Murphy bed to clear the space. Otherwise, fairly well appointed apartment, had the basics we needed.

I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. Overall it was amazing and I will definitely be booking again.

Pro: The apartment decorating looks beautiful and warm. It's makes you feel like home. It was not far to explore the places in town. There’s lot of restaurants close by. The host was very easy to communicated with and very helpful. Con: The first night we got in the apartment, one of the bed sheets smelled like somebody sweat, one of them lamp ain’t working but it wasn’t a big deal. We’re figured one of the bedroom door it was too close to the desk whoever open the door would have hitting them between the door and the desk and seen like the paint come out. Walls is too thin you can hear anyone slamming their door at night. Other than that, it was a very beautiful hotel.
