The staff are amazing as is the location. I 100% recommend this hotel.
We stayed for 3 nights and left to travel to Zhangjiajie, we were due to return to Chongqing for a night before we flew home, and booked this hotel again and asked the staff if they could hold our luggage so we didn’t have to take it with us. They were so accommodating and when we arrived back, our luggage was already waiting in our new room at check in.
The staff are just what you need when in a country with a language barrier. They couldn’t do enough for us.
Just a little note, the get to the hotel you need to go to floor 47 in the first elevator and then take a second to floor 58.

Central location, great view, room large and spacious, bed was comfortable
Toilet and shower doors didn't reach the ceiling. Could hear everything going on in the toilet 🤢 toilet door didn't close properly as well.
Not obvious how to get up to the 58th floor. Better instructions should be provided
