Posizione eccellente e parcheggio fondamentale. Nel ritornare a Bari prenoterei nuovamente

Posizione, camere comode, climatizzatori funzionanti, parcheggio. Nel centro di Bari è fondamentale avere un posto auto riservato.

Pulizia, ho camminato sui pavimenti a piedi nudi e si sono sporcati. Telecomando tv era senza batterie (premetto che non volevo vedere la tv, quindi non ho comunicato al proprietario che non ci fossero le batterie)

Proprietatea este situată bine, aproape de gara, aproape de centrul vechi de plaja si de statiile de autobuz

AC- ul din living nu functiona, bec in camera nu aveam , patul avea 2 blani scoase , wifi nu este, cablu la tv nu este

Solo la distanza tra l'appartamento e lo stadio

Appartamento sporco, servizi inadeguati, ho spostato la tenda e mi è caduto il bastone in testa, le lenzuola non erano pulite e l'host ha dimenticato a dire che è al 3 piano senza ascensore, il divano era da mercatino delle pulci, per aver pagato 100 euro a notte mi aspettavo un'appartamento quanto meno dignitoso

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, c'è il posto del parcheggio nel parco, è molto vicino alla stazione e all'università. Se tornerò a Bari lo terrò in considerazione e lo suggerirò ai miei amici.

Mancanza dell'ascensore nel palazzo, l'appartamento è comunque al terzo piano
