Very convenient location - near the central railway station and at the same time within a walking distance to old town and the beach.
The flat was as described, except for the cleanliness of the floor. It was so dirty that our socks and feet turned black after just a few minutes of walking around. Since there was no mop available in the property, we contacted the manager and asked her to arrange for someone to clean it. Unfortunately, the owner initially refused to cover the cleaning without an additional fee, so the manager eventually arranged and paid for it herself.
The biggest positive is the manager, who was responsive, helpful, and willing to resolve problems. You can count on her to step in and find a solution when something goes wrong.
