Location was convenient but as stated other factors greatly decreased the enjoyment of the facilities.

Not much. Access via the stairway was trying at best. A video that was made available AFTER!!! we had committed to a nonrefundable reservation, showed a stairway that could not have been navigated by anyone with even the slightest handicap.

It was hot during our stay and the air conditioning unit was basically a failure. You offered a video showing how to access the unit's locks but nothing as to how to operate the controls of the air conditioner. As a result sleeping was difficult at best.

Very good location. Third floor not informed. Pictures cheated the real area of the apartment

The location was very good. It was easy to open the entrance door and then get the key to the apartment But the problem with the staircase was unacceptable! The stairway walls were very badly maintained The apartment photos show a much larger apartment. We felt cheated!

Host two old people (I am 80 years old and my wife is 74) on the third floor with steep stairway. Not to mention the bags we had to carry up to the third floor It is an absurd both the host and booking.com hide this information fromthe guests. It should be clear that the apartament was on the third floor The stairway walls were in a bad state of preservation

Good stay in this modern well located clean apartment. The upstairs railing really needs to be replaced.

Great Location. Nice beds.

Dangerous stairs! No top railing on spiral stairs. Extremely dangerous to accidentally step off the staircase in the dark and fall from the upstairs to the downstairs.
